Joyce Fernandez has concentrated on cultural journalism in the Philippines, where she currently edits two features sections of the Manila Bulletin, the Philippines’ oldest and biggest newspaper. She is also editor of an arts and culture magazine, Imagine. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of the Philippines.
